This is the most honest estate sales company that anyone could possibly hope to find. They are professional all the way. They have done a great job of selling my merchandise at a fair price for me after my wife passed away.

Working with Mansfield Estate Sales was one of the best experiences of my life! I had put off downsizing in part because I was overwhelmed by the prospect of selling so much furniture and getting rid of 20 years of accumulated "stuff". I had no idea someone would come into my house and handle EVERYTHING. Dennis visited me before I listed my home. We did an inventory of what I was keeping and all I was not. He told me not to give away another thing, and that they would sell everything that was left, including dishes, clothing, posters, garage items, and Christmas decorations. As soon as I moved out, Dennis and his team came in and organized and arranged everything, took photos and posted them online, sent emails to their huge list of buyers, and posted signs in the area announcing the three day sale. The team was very sensitive to my family's emotional connection to the items. They were so kind and appreciative of our things. We had second thoughts and decided to keep things right to and during the sale. They could not have been more understanding. They sold everything but a few knick knacks, which they donated. When I came back to the house it was clean and empty! Two weeks later I received a nice big check. I truly felt like offering them a bigger percentage because it was that great of an experience. The exceeded my expectations in every way and I had high expectations! They made everything so easy and stress-free, which is terrific any time, but especially during a move. I cannot emphasize how they helped me part with lifelong belongings in a compassionate way. They are the nicest people you can imagine, and the best!

Following the passing of our parent's, we had a house full of furniture and appliances along with rooms full of bric-a-brac that we needed to dispose of. My sister and I didn't know the first thing about estate sales, but what we were certain of was that we didn't have the time or the knowledge required to assume such a massive undertaking. We went to the web and reviewed several estate sale firms but there were no websites to compare with Mansfield Estate Sales. Their website alone provided us with a basic education. After a phone conversation with Dennis who answered our questions expertly, we arranged to meet. Dennis and his brother Robert who works with him was very understanding of our loss and their compassion assured us that our parents' treasures would be respectfully disposed of. Thanks to their expertise and efficiency, there was little to be done on our part. The sale was remarkably successful. At the end of the third day, every piece of furniture, all of the major appliances and most of the knick-knacks were sold. What few items remained were taken care of through a charitable organization, which was also facilitated by Mansfield Estate Sales. Their crew left the home swept and they disposed of any litter before they left. It's never easy to say goodbye to our loved ones and the possessions that were dear to them, yet the folks at Mansfield Estate Sales made this part of our experience so much easier to handle. We are grateful to Dennis, Robert, and their entire crew. They are true professionals.

The inventories and sales were conducted in an efficient and timely manner. They were very sensitive to the feelings of the neighbors and were able to avoid any problems relating to traffic and visiting buyers. I intend to continue to use them in the future.

Mansfield Estate Sales did an absolutely AMAZING job for us recently in liquidating my mother's estate. A lifetime of accumulated treasures and belongings from various locations had to be consolidated, sorted, and prepared for sale. They worked this remarkable feat while we were simultaneously preparing the home for sale. They had to coordinate their efforts with repairmen and realtor showings. Through it all, they remained patient, compassionate, and supportive. Given the sheer volume of items, what MES was able to accomplish was beyond impressive. The organization and display of items was stunning. The thoroughness and attention to detail was extraordinary. Additionally, our realtor was so impressed with how clean (and empty!) the house was following the sale. Truly, what I would say they accomplished was nothing short of miraculous! MES handled the estate sale for my family and did a GREAT job! I live out of state, and other than giving them access to the house, I didn't have to do a thing. Like all estate sales as I have learned , what you buy is as is, so there is no guarantee that everything works. There will be lots of people bidding against you, so set your limit and dont get caught up in the moment. You must do your due diligence and don't bid on something you don't really want. Be prepared to pack, load and haul off your treasures in a timely manner. And make sure you have a buddy to help you load that heavy stuff when your wife insists on getting the dining room set!!

I was so pleased with everyone that came to my house to organize all of our stuff for our moving sale. They used every safety measure and protocol to protect from the corona virus. The owner, Dennis, of Mansfield Estate Sales is a gem. This company always puts on an organized and decently priced sale. I have bought many treasures from Dennis and will continue to do so. I guess you could say I am a groupie. My favorite aspect of Mansfield Estate Sales is the variety of venues on their schedule. There is no snobbery in this company. I have been to their sales in all areas of town and have always found something great. The staff is helpful and nice. Hired this company for them to run a sale for my family and Mr. Dennis Kaye was very knowledgeable about all the items in my families home he made us feel very secure that our stuff was safe and that the sale would be a successful ....well come to the end of then sale it was a success we were very happy with his work and his crew as well .
